The Axis Universal Pillar Antenna runs a three section mast at about 1.07 m long, so you get decent radio reach without snagging every low branch. The fixed 90° base bolts onto a door or windscreen pillar, handy when the bullbar already carries other gear. With a compact footprint of roughly 40–50 mm at the base, it suits utes, wagons and older 4WDs that still rely on AM/FM or UHF communications.

The universal mounting layout lets you line it up on steel or reinforced alloy surfaces at around 1–1.5 mm panel thickness, which covers most Aussie vehicle body panels. The three piece mast keeps weight low so the bracket and screws cop less stress on corrugated tracks that throw up 80–100 km/h vibration.
