RURAL AREAS & FREIGHT CHARGES
Some items and delivery locations may require special shipping arrangements:

Rural or Remote Areas
Orders delivered to rural or remote locations may incur additional shipping charges due to limited courier coverage.
If you're unsure whether your address falls into this category, please contact us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quote.

Oversize or Bulky Items
Products such as batteries or large components may require freight shipping rather than standard post.
In these cases, we use Toll Ipec (Road Freight) and will contact you if any additional charges apply.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use Australia Post for most orders. For bulky or restricted items, we use Toll Ipec (Road Freight).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
- Standard Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Please allow extra time during peak periods such as holidays or major sales events. We do our best to dispatch all orders promptly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

ADDRESS & ORDER ACCURACY
- Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
- No changes can be made once an order is placed.
- Business addresses must include the business name.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, postage costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship the following items:
- Oversized products
- Batteries
- Solar panels
- Hardkorr products
MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS
In rare cases, parcels may be delayed or lost. Australia Post investigations can take up to three months.
While we’ve not had a lost parcel to date, we will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
