Voltage Electrical Supplies Shipping Information

We ship all orders via Australia Post whenever possible. However, certain bulky items (e.g., batteries) require road freight, which we send via Toll Ipec (Toll Road Freight).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation via email.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Standard Handling Time: 1–3 business days for non-express items.
  • Express Shipping: Choose this option at checkout for faster delivery.

Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak periods such as Christmas and sales events, please allow extra time for delivery. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but high order volumes may cause slight delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weekends, customs checks, natural disasters, or Australia Post investigations.
  • Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to brand restrictions.

Missing Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is delayed or lost, it may take up to three months for an update from Australia Post's investigation team. While we have not experienced a lost parcel yet (touch wood!), we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Address & Order Accuracy

  • Check your shipping details carefully before placing an order.
  • Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
  • Business addresses must include the business name.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient details, postage costs are non-refundable.
